401KOur employees may enroll in our 401K plan and begin contributing their own funds from their date of hire. After one year of employment, we will match employee contributions as follows:
The vesting schedule for funds match by us is 6 years, with the following graduated scale:
After two years of employment: 20% vested
After three years of employment: 40% vested
After four years of employment: 60% vested
After 5 years of employment: 80% vested
After 6 years of employment: 100% vested
VacationAfter one year of employment, employees are eligible for 1 week of vacation. After five years, they are eligible for 2 weeks.
Performance / Safety BonusesFull-time drivers and shop employees are eligible to participate in our Performance and Safety bonus program after meeting length of employment qualifications. These bonus programs are intended to reward our employees for good performance and safety
