Medical and Dental

Competitive Medical and Dental benefits are available to employees.  The following is a schedule of the percentage of the total premium we pay in behalf of our employees:

                    6 to 12 months                       100%                              30%

                    12+ months                             100%                              70% 

401K

Our employees may enroll in our 401K plan and begin contributing their own funds from their date of hire.  After one year of employment, we will match employee contributions as follows:

    • Up to 3% = 100% match
    • 4% and 5% = 50% match
    • Maximum employer match is 4%. 

The vesting schedule for funds match by us is 6 years, with the following graduated scale:

    • After two years of employment:  20% vested
    • After three years of employment:  40% vested
    • After four years of employment:  60% vested
    • After 5 years of employment:  80% vested
    • After 6 years of employment:  100% vested 

Vacation

After one year of employment, employees are eligible for 1 week of vacation.  After five years, they are eligible for 2 weeks. 

Performance / Safety Bonuses

Full-time drivers and shop employees are eligible to participate in our Performance and Safety bonus program after meeting length of employment qualifications.  These bonus programs are intended to reward our employees for good performance and safety
